Very convenient to downtown. Great amenities in the unit, and appreciate the kitchen and bathroom supplies.

The property did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet. We'd never been to Seattle and were pleasantly surprised with not only the space, but the location. It was so close to most of the places we went to visit. I had a little difficulty checking in, but nothing unmanageable. The only problem we did have had to do with the parking. It was something out of our control and not something I would have thought to ask about or look into. If you plan on bringing your own vehicle or rental, be sure it is not larger than a compact suv because the clearance into the garage was barely high enough for the vehicle we had (Ford Expedition). It was also a little stressful trying to get out of there because the vehicle was too large. Thankfully we walked to most of the places we visited and found an overnight parking garage within walking distance. Great, great location and property. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, didn't have to go far. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, our stay was very good. The apartment was clean, in a great location, and mainly as advertised. However, we were unable to use the TV because someone logged out of the Smart TV. When we contacted the owner, he said he would fix it for the next guests instead of fixing it for us. Also, the lobby of the building had a peculiar, unpleasant smell.

Getting into the building was difficult and we understand the HOA is working on it. Great location. Numerous restaurants and bars within easy walking. Studio is very clean and all amenities were great especially the coffee maker.

The apartment building and parking garage were easy to find. The unit was very neat and well cleaned. We enjoyed the location, within walking distance to restaurants, the aquarium, and Pike Place. The extra bedding for my daughter was not in the unit upon our arrival, but one message to the host and it was quickly delivered to us. We would stay here again.

Great place! Clean and had everything we needed. The location was ideal. The host were easy to contact. This was our first experience with VRBO and all went smoothly.

It was a very nice building in a great location. There was plenty of delicious food and drinks nearby. I stayed for 3 night and kept my car in the parking garage. It felt very secure

We really enjoyed our stay. Alex & Jose were great hosts, provided clear instructions for travel ease, and provided everything needed to feel at home. When we return to Seattle again to explore the city more, this will be the first place we look to stay.

We came to Seattle a few days early to explore before embarking on our Alaska vacation. This was i. The perfect spot to walk to all the attractions and the pier where we booked the trip.

This was a perfect spot for our stay in Seattle. Easy walk from the LINK, secure building and well appointed. Well stocked with everything we needed. Easy walk to the Waterfront and Space Needle.Alex and Jose are excellent hosts!! Great communicators and quick to respond.We highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!! Location was amazing! Short walks to Pikes Place, Space Needle, Pioneer Square. Many shops, restaurants, and bars in walking distance. Condo was perfect for our 6 day stay. Stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook if you choose, washer and dryer, very comfortable bed and a private parking spot. Building along with garage is all secure access. Alex and Jose were very responsive to emails, check in was very easy. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to Seattle. We will rent from Alex and Jose again

We spent 5 nights in this cute studio it is exactly as pictured and described. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, Space Needle, Pikes Market and the ferry. We would definitely return and Alex was very responsive to any questions. .

Great little place close to everything! 10 mins to Pike Place, link station, Needle and all the attractions there. Bed is only a double as listed.

Loved my Seattle stay — the place was spotless, stocked with every utensil and gadget you’d need to cook a full meal, and just a quick stroll from the Pike Place / waterfront / museums “greatest-hits” loop. The hosts answered messages almost instantly and were genuinely welcoming, which made the whole trip feel easy and friendly.

Convenient location to walk to Pike Street Market, restaurants, and pier. We had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and pillows for a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything about the stay was excellent. I'll call out two points. First, the instructions were clear and detailed. There are several steps to entering the unit and the garage, and I was able to follow all of them with the written instructions.Second, communication with the host was top notch and on point. We had a couple brief text exchanges that were very helpful to me.

The studio was wonderful and in a great location! Comfortable bed and a nice kitchen if you decide to cook. Would definitely stay here again!

All went well and managers responded very quickly. Close to walk to most places and the Link is nearby as well. Nice place.

Wonderful location, extremely clean. Only problem was that the two additional beds were fold out chairs that were extremely uncomfortable for an adult body.

Clean, convenient location to pier 66. Cold filtered water, coffee/creamer and washing detergent in the unit were nice, appreciated additions! Would recommend and will stay again.
