Modern studio in Hollywood

Reserved this apartment for a couple of months for our college student daughter for a summer internship because it was closest to her office on Sunset Blvd. It was perfect for her needs. Here are the pros: 1) Alla, the host, was fantastic... very friendly, helpful, good communication and made parents 2,000 miles away feel confident our daughter was fine, 2) apartment was clean, well-equipped and exactly as it appears in photos, 3) it included parking behind a security gate, 4) location is in the heart of Hollywood tourist area, just a couple of blocks to Chinese Theater movie premieres, Jimmy Kimmel, Highland mall, Star Walk of Fame, near Hollywood Bowl and more, 5) great value for long-term rental. Cons: This part of Hollywood can get a little loud and chaotic and it's a bit dirty & seedy around the edges, but our daughter never felt unsafe nor was ever harassed or bothered by anyone. Great choice for an LA/Hollywood stay.

I highly recommend this property. It’s super cute, neat, and clean. It’s within walking distance to numerous attractions and restaurants. Communication with owner before and during stay was stupendous. I would definitely stay here again.

Right in walking distance of all Hollywood Blvd has to offer. The center of all the entertainment and tourist offerings, but just off the path where you have privacy. Very clean and nicely furnished space. Alla is absolutely fantastic to work with and anything you need, she is just a text or call away. You can literally walk to grocery, drug, and clothing stores and Runyon Canyon (a wonderful hike) is just a short walk from the property. A true find if looking for something in the area.

My stay in Hollywood was awesome! By far, the best thing about the studio was the location. We were within walking distance of all that Hollywood has to offer. The studio was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Our hosts were not on site, but were quick to respond via text if we had any questions. I loved having a full kitchen to prepare meals or snacks. The queen bed could have used some padding, but that wasn't anything major. I will definitely stay here again, and can't wait to plan my next visit to Los Angeles!
