Stayed Mar 12, 2025We were very pleased to spend some time at this location, on the slopes of the island of Madeira. Formed thousands of years ago through volcanic eruption it is the perfect locale for those wishing to hike and the scenery is beautiful. The old town of Funchal is lovely with great restaurants and cafes. Everywhere the appreciation of art is demonstrated.

Stayed Oct 1, 2024Cozy location with all the necessary needs. Our host was very kind and helpful and also respected our intimacy. The location is nice but is recommended a car to close de distances because Madeira is hard to cross by foot being a mountain like island. Truly recommend.
