The accommodation features an open-plan kitchen fitted with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher; a living/dining room with a double sofa bed; two triple bedrooms (double + single bed); a complete bathroom with an enclosed shower, double sink and hairdryer; and a large balcony. Amenities include SAT-TV, A/C and heating, washing machine, and safe. The property comes with one numbered parking spot (100mt from the building).
