Modern Sapphire Sanctuary near Braves Stadium

We had a great stay at this property! The check in instructions were very clear and made for a seamless check in. Place was clean, nice neighborhood with different amenities (pool, gym, etc.) check out was also made extremely easy. Property manager seemed very thorough and on top of making sure the stay was easy and enjoyable!

Unfortunately, we were unhappy with our stay. An active train track runs next to the property. The train chugs along day, night and in the wee hours of the morning. This fun fact was conveniently left off the listing. This condo is nestled in a neighborhood of young professionals who enjoy loud music and a good toke. The music didn't bother me until it was midnight. I was desperate for some sleep. The warm temp of the master bedroom, the noise from the train, and the loud music were not a soothing lullaby. Each day, we'd return to the condo and be welcomed back by a huge smokybrown cockroach or palmetto bug lounging on the kitchen floor. The home is tidy. Several spots on the bathroom floor were sticky and gathered dust and hair, giving the bathroom a grimy appearance. I voiced my concerns to the management company and she allowed us to find another place to stay. We were driving all over Atlanta for baseball and we checked out 2 hours later than expected. Instead of charging $25 per hour for a late checkout, as the listing indicates, I was charged for a full day.

Apartment was perfect and secure. Loved the proximity to truist field.

This place was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and welcoming. Very close to anything you need. I would stay here again.

I was so impressed with our stay. We were provided with a custom note upon our arrival along with some treats and coloring books for the kids. Such a wonderful touch. The place was spotless and the bed setup was perfect for my wife and our two children. They loved having their own beds and a TV in their room. So many little touches like the bathroom setup and the little items throughout the place. Parking was super easy and once we had the key card it was so easy to get in and out. My wife and I would highly recommend staying!

This is a very comfortable property and ideally located near a grocery store, drug store, a number of restaurants, and local highways to Atlanta attractions.

The landlord was very welcoming and responsive. The property was exactly as represented, very clean and had everything needed to settle in comfortably.

Beautiful, clean, modern apartment just minutes from Truist park. The owner has thought of every little detail. I was so excited to see a bedside fan. Access in and out of the gated community was easy and the location was perfect.
