Modern Retreat Charming 2-bedroom apart in the heart of Atlanta. LOCATION!!!

Wonderful stay

Spent one hour trying to park in the gated lot since on street parking was not available. Had to call host and wait for a call back.Hallways were bare cement floors, kind of scary.Apartment did look like pictures. No hot water for showers. Light on nightstand not working. Beds were comfortable. It was clean.One elevator and we had to carry our bags up many steps from parking lot. Location is great!Don’t think I would return here.!

Mice in the apartment!!!!, they come out at night, it was terrifying. Building hallways dirty with garbage

Perfect location and beyond spacious for our little family

My dad and I stayed at the property for the weekend to attend a Falcons game. The location was perfect. The host went above and beyond to ensure check in was smooth by providing detailed instructions. The unit was especially very clean and thats super important to us. It was awesome to be able to park our vehicle and not move it the entire weekend, as everything we needed to get to was within walking distance. We will absolutely stay here again in the future. The host was available at any time for questions or needs during our stay. We look forward to there being a next time!

We stayed for the Bills Falcons game and had a great stay!! Walked to Stadium and willStay again!

My stay at this property had some positive aspects and some areas that could be improved.Positive aspects:•The property is very well located, close to downtown Atlanta.Areas for improvement:•The access instructions were a bit confusing at first.•Although the property looked clean, the beds had a lot of pet hair, and I had to wash the sheets and pillowcases. There were also many hairs in the master room shower.•The property doesn’t have its own parking, and the nearest paid parking is around the corner. Despite paying for it, I got a ticket for not parking in the correct spot. Also, when I parked on the street in front of the property, my side mirror was hit twice.•In the hallways leading to the apartment, there were many people smoking marijuana, and the smell was very strong, even inside the apartment.Overall, the location is great, but these issues did affect the overall experience.

Wonderful getaway for weekend trip to see post Malone in atl. Very nice and spacious home in great downtown area. Would stay again.
