Stayed Aug 30, 2025Fantastic location and an easy walk to great food options on Queen Anne/Galer streets and the scenery of Kerry Park. The unit was clean, open and comfortable, with its own access door. We had no problem finding a place to park on the street. Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025We stayed here for 2 nights before going on our cruise. The property was not far from Pier 91 (about 10-15 minutes driving time with traffic. Very nice in Queen Anne section of town. Pictures were definitely accurate. Steep stairway to the basement studio, somewhat narrow, but evenly spaced stairs. A bit difficult to find access to the property is actually behind the house. Have to go up street and go up an alleyway. Couch was obviously white, had a few stains and crumbs/ hair on lounge section. Wooden tail beside bed had bits of mortar from bricks. There was no coffee pot, but we walked to a small coffee shop a couple blocks away the first morning. The second morning we walked a bit further to 5 Spot and the breakfast there was really good! Definitely walkable to attractions, but if you spend the whole day walking, you'll definitely want a ride back up to the house. FYI- We Ubered from the airport and paid almost 87 not including tip.

Stayed May 29, 2025A nice, clean space that looked newly remodeled. Not far from a strip of coffee shops and restaurants. The only complaint was that it was kind of chilly in this basement room.

Stayed May 22, 2025Great location to tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and Queen Anne neighborhood. This rental was clean and had nice amenities. Only two observations: bring a pour over or press as there is no coffee pot in the rental. Also, the desk chair is broken and should have been replaced, since no one wants to rent an apartment and find broken furniture when you arrive.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location; perfect walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, stores etc. The neighborhood was very quaint and we didn’t have trouble finding street parking. The studio is cute but don’t expect high quality furniture. We came in September and the home was very warm (no ac - not uncommon for Seattle but there weren’t any standing fans to help circulate air). I definitely recommend bringing your own toilet paper; the toilet paper that is provided is so insanely thin. Low water pressure for showering but they do provide soap and shampoo/conditioner in case you forgot yours. If I’m being honest, I think a hotel would be a better bang for your buck UNLESS you want a full kitchen (no coffee maker).

Stayed Sep 18, 2024Cute basement studio with full kitchen and plenty of room. Lots of walkable restaurants near by with a really great park one block away to view the city skyline. Some low spots between rooms if you are above 6' 2 probably. Guest services was responsive and very helpful.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024It was my second visit here, and I likely will stay again due to terrific location and knowing what to expect. The studio is quiet and easily accessible, great location, comfortable bed, hot shower, clean. The complaint I have is that last year when I stayed, I mentioned that there was no coffee maker, a chair at the desk had a broken seat, and the shower floor gets squishy after using it (there is clearly water getting under the tiles). OK, but a year later, all the same problems still exist. Also, the multi digit code to get in is a lot, and the door doesn't reliably lock because the lock is hard to use, and the toilet ran intermittently. Bring a coffee pour over if you like coffee!

Stayed Jul 15, 2024Pretty much as advertised. The basement remodel was done professionally and works well. Excellent appliances, fixtures, cookware and utensils. Furniture a bit worn and too soft of a mattress with average pillows and coverings - but clean and comfortable. Minimal decoration and not any personality to the place but functional and clean. Entrance door a bit difficult to operate and no full sized windows as this apartment is blow grade but the ventilation was good and there is no Musty or dank lower level smells like might be expected. At this price point some of the local hotels offer a more airy and open environment.
