Stayed Sep 26, 2025Apartment was in a good location. Cute. As pictured. Wonderful access to shops, restaurants, and bars. It sits above a karaoke bar that is LOUD until 2am on the weekends (not sure about weekdays). Would recommend, if you are a heavy sleeper. Communication was good. Directions were clear. Our early check in request was accommodated. We loved Hartford and West Hartford.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025Bed was uncomfortable, shower did not drain properly, shower ran out of hot water after a few minutes, and stove and TV did not work. Check-in was confusing: instructions for main acess was wrong.
