This modern three bedroom duplex apartment located in the popular gated community of Puerto Alto has views over Estepona marina and the Mediterranean sea. It is very close to supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants. The beaches of Estepona - Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo - are only a seven to eight minutes walk away. The apartment offers three bedrooms which two of them are en-suite, a total of three bathrooms with walk-in showers. All beds may be joined together with toppers to convert them into king size beds. There is also a renovated cloakroom on the ground floor next to the kitchen. Two balconies - one off the lounge and the other accessed from the master suite and third bedroom upstairs which offer sea/port views and plenty of outside space plus quality furnishings. The spacious lower balcony with around 33sqm, has a dining table and chairs and also four sun loungers. The apartment is laid out over two floors.     The property is ideally located next to the port. It has excellent views and loads of space for a family of 5. The security of gated complex adds comfort and the two pools are large and well maintained with lifeguards on duty all day. There is a strict policy of no jumping, no inflatables in the lower pool but the rules are more relaxed in the other which was a welcome relief to kids. Shops, restaurants and taxi rank to old town all very close by. Excellent holiday.

    Lovely apartment. Well furnished. Great location. Nice walks to nearby beaches. Would recommend the Carrefour just across the road for provisions.

    The appartment was nice, only the weekly cleaning didn’t appear. Great view and nice swimming pools.

    Nice and big modern apartment with a very good location ,walking distance to everything. Very good kitchen with all required equipment.

    Perfect apartment and location. Inside was spotless and well furnished. A couple of things though. We couldn’t use the roof terrace at all as seagulls had made it their home for their chicks. Covered in poo and stench meant that we couldn’t open doors to outside. Tha dishwasher didn’t work. Reported the Issue but, took 3 Days replace. fitter turned up at 8:30 Sunday evening during cooking. Had to leave him to it for 2 hours. Dinner abandoned. Lastly. Couldn’t use any parking bays as locked and no one had a key. Beautiful apartment but, management company rubbish.
