The Neighborhood:

Locales call the hip, affluent East Market District as NuLu and the best place to stay in Louisville! This neighborhood is a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats or restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food.



Getting Around:

The building is a simple on-off the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

    This property was great! Very clean. Great customer service, responded back very quickly to answer my questions! Awesome location. With 4 people, we could have used another comfortable chair. Only seating for 3 in the living space. We also could have used more than 1 kitchen towel. Overall we would stay again for sure! Highly recommend!

    Took my husband to Kentucky for his 50th birthday celebration with my brother and SIL. I found CozySuites in a Google search that took me to VRBO. The reservation process was easy, and communication with owner was quick and helpful. The condo is in the best spot in downtown Louisville. We were close to everything on the main strip without the noise and crowds. Within a block from loads of food, shopping, sweets, coffee shops, and bars! was a comfortable, safe, and fun way to stay in Louisville. The condo was secure, you felt safe from the parking lot, to the condo, or just walking around the building. The condo was the perfect size for four of us with a room on each side of the living room. Private bathrooms and walk in closets with loads of space to hide your luggage and unpack. We loved the balcony with chairs, and the large sliding door that gave a view from the living room of the skyline. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were roomie and bright! I highly recommend working with CozySuites we will definitely use them again.Some of you are thinking, everything cannot be perfect. If I had to give a “grow” it would be the couch and chair in living room. It was not the coziest, and did not offer seating for the four of us comfortably. The chairs at the table need an upgrade as well. We played cards and games each night and needed a pillow to sit on as there was no cushion on the seats. Again, not a huge deal and would not keep us from coming again!
