    We were surprised when we checked in that we were assigned to 65A basement flat and not 65 with the patio. Excellent location for everything we wanted to do. Safe quiet neighborhood with easy walking distance to restaurants shops transportation. Nice size apartment but heard upstairs neighbors every time they walked anywhere. Would have been nice to have at least the first mornings coffee. Friend was older so would have been nice to have warning of how steep and slippery entry steps were. Hot water kept shutting off after third day there and mgt company just sent video of how to fix ourselves. Didn’t even offer to sends someone. Would stay in the area again but would make sure to confirm which unit we were reserving

    Check in is tough do to the tight location of the lot box. If you have bad knees and/or are a large person, you can I’ll have troubles. No heat of hot water for first 2 days of our stay in the dead of Winter. Joivy, the property management service that operates the place, was extremely slow in addressing the issue and would not relocate my friend and I to another flat when the heat and hot water could not be fixed the first day. Communication from Joivy was poor. They could not even confirm the first or second day that after 2-3 visits by tech the heat and hot water were functioning. They kept asking me to return to the flat to verify.Recommend not booking this flat. Horrible experience all around.The one nice thing I can say is, Plimico is a good area to stay if looking for quieter home base while in London.

    Nice two bedroom place with easy access to Pimlico Tube station for easy travel around London. Check in and out was easy (except the lockbox was in a small cramped area that we had trouble accessing and seeing the keypad without a phone flashlight). The neighborhood is very quiet, which was what we were looking for. Grocery and dining options all within a short walk. The beds were very comfortable and having a clothes washer and drying rack was helpful for our 9 day stay. We had one issue with the bathroom light that was quickly addressed by the leasing company! Please note that the metal stairs leading down from the street to the unit can be very slippery when wet. We were fine as long as we were aware of it. But anyone with mobility issues might have more difficulty. The second bedroom is up a flight of narrow stairs. Again, not a problem for us, but others might have trouble navigating if there are mobility issues. A few items that would have been nice to have in the unit: a broom for cleaning up, paper towels, facial tissues, and measuring spoons (mainly for making coffee!).

    Loved the property and location very quiet. The only recommendation we dould gave is that you need to ptovide a non slip mat for bottom of bath when using shower, it was very slippy getting out after our showers.

    This property is cozy and quiet. Off the main drag of foot traffic and noisy tourists, but within walking distance to the tube, museums and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
