Modern flat in the heart of Oxford

Lovely, good sized apartment in a busy, convenient location (10 minute walk from train station). This is a well maintained, comfortable, clean space. Simply but nicely furnished with a queen size bed, great linens, washer and basic supplies. The bedroom has a closet (enough for two), dresser and is reasonable size. The bathroom is spacious with shower and drawers for storing toiletries. The apartment is just over a very noisy bar which was less of an issue with the windows closed. We were there during a heat wave which necessitated leaving them open. One standing fan did not quite meet our needs so the host, who is just lovely and immediately responsive to any issues, brought us another high speed fan which helped immensely. The building is low key, unmarked and very secure with fob entrance. We were very comfortable during our two week stay.

The host was responsive and helpful, the flat was clean and spacious, and the location was central to everything; however, do not stay here unless you have earplugs because the noise from the street is non-stop all night and the inebriated patrons of the bar directly opposite only get louder and more raucous as the night goes on—punctuated by the revving of engines racing down the street. It is too bad that the negatives so outweigh the many positives of staying here. We did not get a wink of sleep.

Great place in an ideal part of Oxford! There was some street noise but nothing too hard to deal with. Behnam was very responsive too! We’d definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious bright flat. The flat was very clean and well equipped. Behnam was very responsive and helpful. The location is very central, though being above a pub in the city centre means it can be noisy at times.

Clean modern property where everything works. I stayed for six months. The host, Behnam, is superb. Whenever there was a problem, he was on it right away. He even came at 10:30 one night because the smoke alarm was beeping from a dead battery. It would be hard to have a more central location, and the flat is close to the colleges and the activities of downtown Oxford. A special place.

Great location with easy walking access to all the sites. Lots of pubs and restaurants close by. Spacious accommodations. Would definitely return.
