Modern Family Retreat Near Lake & Wineries

The house was great for our weekend getaway. Everything was as shown and listed.

We were walking distance to everything. We had a slight issue with the ac when we first got there, but Matt had someone out there and fixed in a short period of time. Very happy with the home.

The communication from the host is excellent. He provides a very clean beautiful place to get away. The television selections are the best I’ve ever seen. My purpose was to be away and rest. I was able to do that in style. Having laundry in the unit, meant I arrived home without having that task to complete. All appliances are top notch. The heating and air conditioning system were controlled by remote and I could switch from heat to cool as the weather changed. It was even more special that he allowed my dog to join me. That made the difference and I had the very best week. I would definitely visit one of his properties again. Thank you Matt! A from this teacher

The place was fabulous. The heaters in the bathroom are amazing. Love that there was two and half baths.

This property is the perfect size for a group of four. Very clean and a great location to everything on the strip. Area outside was well kept up with a community fire pit fully stocked with firewood. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean rental, responsive host and convenient location.

My family & i loved this cottage! We could walk to everthing! We enjoyed the fire pit to roast marshmellows & chat with other cottage families. So nice that the 2 bedrooms have a full bath, plus there is a 1/2 bath with a washer and dryer. We took our dog and she loved it too, we will definitely be back to visit again! Highly recommend this cottage.

We booked this last minute - the day before. Reservation and check-in details were sent quickly. It’s a cute place and clean. The only complaint is that the dishes were still in the dishwasher and the couch isn’t very comfortable. Cute kitchen, bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Loved that there were 2 1/2 bathrooms! Neighborhood was friendly. Park and restaurants were in walking distance.

Updated modern amenities with everything you will need! Ultra clean and well stocked. We couldn’t have been happier with our time at this location. Outstanding communication with the very polite host. Situated in a prime location just blocks from the strip and lake. We can’t wait for our next stay!!

A short stay of 3 nights, touring wine country. This property was very nice.

This property was very clean and updated. We stayed in cottage C and it looked like the most updated. The only thing I would have liked is for it to be a bit closer to the boardwalk....but still in walking distance of it all. We would stay here Very nice AC and great that had washer/dryer and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms!

The Condo is close to the strip. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We loved having 2 1/2 bathrooms. The owner answered questions in a timely manner.

Stayed at the property while working at the NCAA championships at the spire center. Great location easy to get back-and-forth to the meat. Mat was great to work with through the whole process.

Came in for a weekend stay had a good time

My friend, NE Ohio native who had never been to Lake Erie before, and I spent three days at this adorable and clean location. It was perfect for us - we each had our own space with separate temperature controls (we couldn't be more opposite when it comes to temperature). I loved sharing my childhood vacation spot with her and walking the town, even though it was cold and rainy. Don't miss going to the East End Bar and Grill that is steps away. Great food and great service. We will be back!

Stayed the Easter weekend. Wife loved how clean it was and all of the updated finishes. Would definitely stay again and actually am in 3 weeks for business trip

We were so happy to have booked this very clean and modern 2B home near the lake. It was perfect for our 2 dogs and 2 kids. Our daughter loved having her own bathroom off of her room. The only thing we weren't crazy about was the parking lot was very muddy and there wasnt a mat inside the door, so it was challenging to keep the floor clean.

When we arrived I was overwhelmed with dog hair you could see it around legs of furniture and on couch and chairs. I have bad allergies and had to go get some allergy meds. And Monday we arrived back at the cottage to find wet shoe prints inside that was not ours, only to find out a repair man had been there. The repair man came back to fix a heater. It would have been nice to have had a heads up on the situation. Other than that, a nice place. Close to restaurants, Wineries and Distillery. We recommend the Sportsters Bar-good food and friendly.

Was just the right place to stay for a much needed getaway. Rental was very clean, had everything we could ever need and was close to everything we wanted to do! The host was so easy to work with. Myself, being a host owner too, will be coming back again and will also mention to our friends!

Clean. Spacious. Three bathrooms. Very modern. Walking distance to downtown Geneva. Across the street from the water and park. My BFF and I enjoyed the property very much.

Very nice little house with 2 1-2 baths and all we needed to stay for the weekend. We would use again. Was about a 5 minute walk to the strip and a 13-14min walk to the firehouse winery but sidewalks along the way.

Just a couple of days getting away from it all. Cottage was clean and newly renovated. Everything we needed. Even had a fire at the fire pit. Walking distance toresteraunts and bats!Enjoyed our stay!

The best I have ever stayed in.

This place was very clean, and well taken care of. We had an issue with the propane tank for the grill and it was handled within the hour. Beds and pillows were a little to soft for me.

Close to attractions newly remodeled, clean, excellent place to stay

Sofa cushions needed a deep clean - very dirty. Sheets for sofa bed had holes in fitted and flat sheets. Odor in rear bedroom. Under impression one bedroom had single beds which would have been ideal as our party was three older ladies. Blinds were missing slats. If you are older it is definitely not within walking distance of nicer restaurants.

Checked into our place. Left to see the area. Storm hit took out power. Stayed the night w/o lights hot water unable to use stove. Projected restoration was after our check out date so we checked out went home in the morning!!!

I was looking for a place to rest and recharge. This hit the mark! It was quiet, peaceful and looked just like pictures online. It’s even just a short walk over to the park with a beautiful view of the lake. I will definitely be booking again!
