Modern Downtown Apt - Walk to Parks + Cafes!

Very convenient location. The place was clean and had a full sized fridge. Owner was responsive. I will book again in the future.

Booked this for a birthday trip for my daughter. Picked it for the locoation and price. However, this was an unexpected jewel!!! So clean and all the normal expected amenities X 2. I can't think of ANYTHING we might have needed which wasn't provided. The quality of the unit and all the furnishings were stellar. Mary (the property manager) was a gem and helped make our stay a 7star experience!

The location is prime, located conveniently right behind Tequila 61 with off street parking included (a rare find!) with the stay. Home is exactly as pictured and very comfortable for our trip.

Bear and Raven Guest Suite was an excellent place to stay. Right downtown and within walking distance from shoos and restaurants. Beautiful suite with all the comforts of home! Highly recommend!

The location is a perfect home base to explore Girdwood, Whittier, Seward and Hope. As far as downtown Anchorage you will be within walking distance to all of the best restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. The hostess, Mary is very kind and knowledgeable regarding the best of everything in Alaska. The kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances and dish-ware. The bathroom facility is super modern and hot water is always available. It doesn’t get any better than this. If Anchorage is in your plans, look no further than the Bear and Raven.

My fiancé and I decided to elope to Alaska and I was tasked with finding a place to stay. After weeks of hunting, I found this apartment. The pictures are identical to what you’ll find here. It’s beautiful, clean, and housed three adults comfortably. It’s in a prime downtown location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, museums, tours—and breath taking views as soon as you step out of the door. The full kitchen and ability to do laundry were huge perks for us and the provided parking space was also very convenient. Our hostess Mary was very communicative and helpful as well. I highly recommend staying here, and hope to be back one day!

We stayed here for the last leg of our honeymoon trip and it was perfect. It’s absolutely stunning. It’s also in a perfect location where we could just walk to great restaurants and shops. The owners are so helpful and are very responsive if you need anything. Would definitely recommend 10/10

I stayed here with two friends while we attended a conference at the Dena’ina Convention Center. The apartment is clean and modern, the owner is very communicative and helpful. The location is convenient. We walked to restaurants and the convention center. Downtown Anchorage is what it is, but I felt safe there and it was quiet. I would stay there again!

This space was beautiful and perfectly located. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Numerous eating choices, shops and local history nearby. Space was perfect for the 4 of us. It has plenty of amenities. Everything is in perfect condition. Management was wonderful to work with.

This was an amazing spot right downtown! Right in the middle of everything! And the apartment itself is very impressive and comfortable and is perfectly quiet considering the location. I can't wait to stay here again!

Stop looking. You’ve found what you’re looking for. This clean, modern two bedroom was perfect for my partner and I. There is a large bathroom with dual sinks providing ample space to get ready. The downtown location was central to the tour bus pick-ups, restaurants, and shopping. We didn’t need a car but there is off street parking which is an added bonus especially with a downtown location. Mary (the owner) and her husband (Buzz) are on site and very responsive. Mary is easily one of the kindest, sweetest VRBO owners I’ve had the privilege of meeting. This is a great launch pad for all Alaska has to offer. I will be coming back. Great for families of 4 & military friendly. Enjoy!
