I have rented this apt multiple times. This unit is nicely furnished and very quiet. Love that it is in a gated community and safe.

Stay was ok! Wish that it was disclosed that property was on 3rd floor with no elevator! Not minutes away from strip as it stated in the property details. You will have to drive or take ride share. Bring your own washcloths and a light for the bedroom. The unit also had a moldy smell when we arrived.

Great property in a great location. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed stay, convenient to Rio where my husband was involved in pool tournament. He wishes that the fact that this was a 3rd floor apart with no elevator had been mentioned in the write up. Also there were 3 lights that did not work in the apartment that for convenience sake should be looked at. Overall good stay.

Location was great

Enjoyed the stay here. As too I wasn’t actually there too much but I had to work 3 out of the 8 days. The apartment being on the 3rd floor makes it a horrible spot to be in when sun rises in morning even with air own there are no fans in the apt so we woke up sweating every morning because the sun beams directly on this unit no trees for shade corner unit. Also bring ur own rags and towels I also bought toilet pAper sponges and bleach to clean with. There is a washer and dryer but the lady downstairs stopped us to tell us to put something under the unit because it’s very loud to her. But there was nothing there for me to put under it so idk but we did use it to wash sheets and blanket. Also the second bed in bedroom is a twin even tho it looks like it could of been a full in pic. Also did not like for the grand I paid for that I didn’t get access to pool saying due to COVID but residence did. But over all outside of maybe providing some basic necessities like a few bottles of water and maybe not so cheap supplies like the hand soap it was a good stay. Also the living room furniture is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on. And my cousin feel off because the couch comes apart if u don’t pay attention to where u sit.
