Stunning 1,200 square foot apartment with oversize windows, an open layout, and city/lake views in multiple directions. This bright and modern two bedroom, one bathroom corner unit is perfect for travelers looking for a stylish escape in the sky in downtown Chicago just off the Magnificent Mile and the lakefront. The building has great amenities including an amazing rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the skyline and the lake. This is the best location in the city!

TheSpace:
Located on a high floor in a secure, high-end building in the center of Chicago! Once inside, you're greeted by a light-filled space with large windows overlooking the lakefront and the neighborhood.

Interior design is a passion of ours and the chic furnishings reflect that! There is fast internet, a smart TV with Roku, and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on.

The kitchen and living room are open and very spacious. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have 2 counter stools for the kitchen and a 4 person dining table. Plenty of room to dine comfortably or to use as a workspace.

For each guest, the comfortable beds have crisp, clean linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

We also provide towels, iron, cleaning supplies, etc. and you have full access to the building's 24/7 laundry room (card operated). The apartment has ample closet space.

The building has a doorman and great amenities including a gym, a rooftop terrace with sun beds and lounge seating, a gourmet coffee shop, and an indoor club room with a pool table that can be enjoyed during colder weather. The panoramic city and lake views from the rooftop are truly awesome year-round!

Guest Access:
You'll have complete and private access to our apartment. You will also have access to all of the building's shared amenities (rooftop deck, gym, club room, business center, etc).

The Neighborhood:
Located in a leafy, upscale neighborhood just off Michigan Avenue in one of the most central locations in the entire city! You are surrounded by world-class architecture, shopping, beaches, parks, and other sites within walking distance. From our place, you can easily walk to the Magnificent Mile, Oak Street Beach, the Lakefront Trail, River North, and Navy Pier as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes. Attractions such as the Art Institute, the Central Loop district, Lincoln Park, and the West Loop restaurant row are only a 5-10 minute ride away.

Getting Around:
Our place is surrounded by trains and buses that will take you anywhere in the city you want to go! Uber and Lyft is also available 24/7. You'll have no trouble getting around without a car.

Parking is not included with our listing, but our building has its own parking garage and there are other garages close to our building (within 2 blocks). We suggest using SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book discounted parking. You can usually find reasonable overnight parking for $15 to $30.

Other Things to Note:
Dogs allowed with prior approval only. Please inquire about breed restrictions. 35 pound weight limit. $35/night per pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee.

Cleanliness and safety is our top priority and we have implemented enhanced cleaning measures due to COVID-19 based on CDC best practices. We carefully clean and sanitize every property between each reservation. All hard surfaces and high-touch areas are cleaned and separately disinfected using high-grade products that are EPA and CDC-approved. Our trained staff uses gloves, masks, and other personal protective equipment during cleanings. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe stay for every guest.

    We had a wonderful stay! Amazing location and check-in/check-out process was very smooth. We had everything we needed and the host was responsive. There were a couple of things not working (fan, light, shower temperature was not consistent), but these didn’t interfere with our overall stay. Would stay here again.

    The apartment had a great location, made it super easy to get to tours we booked of the city and to walk around Michigan Ave and near great places to eat! It was so much nicer having two bedrooms and a living room to sit and chat vs being crammed in a hotel room. The parking was right around the corner and very reasonable pricing using spothero!

    What a great location, walking distance to L, shopping and great food. It is amazing how quiet the neighborhood is in the heart of Chicago. The apartment is clean with nice views to the north and east. Checking in was simple. The shower is a little touchy and the on site garage over charged me. Be sure to have the attendant write the price on your ticket. These are not the Host’s fault at all. They were very responsive throughout the visit. I would definitely stay here again.

    This is our third time staying with Staywell in Streeterville! We just love the neighborhood and the space - soothing decor, super cute, lovely view. Streeterville offers easy access to the lake for walks and to shopping, restaurants, and Chicago explorations. This corner flat makes a Chicago vaca easy and delightful highly recommend.

    Nice comfortable unit with plenty of sleeping room. Host was very responsive to messages. We had a battery go out in the door lock and it was fixed immediately. 1-1/2 blocks to Michigan avenue. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Would stay there again.

    The location is perfect for shopping along Michigan Avenue and visiting other Chicago sites. The apartment only has one bathroom, but it was plenty big for 3 people. The view is lovely too!
