Fantastic apartment in new gated urbanization South Bay III, close the beach, marina, sports centre and city centre. All kind of services in short distance. 2 double bedrooms, one en suite. 2 shower bathrooms and 2 terraces. Fully fitted modern kitchen and living-dinning room leading to a nice terrace with partial sea views. The bedrooms lead to a chill out terrace. International TV channels. The urbanization offers swimming pool, children pool, pool picknick bar, gym, spa and co-working room on site. Walking distance to all kind of services and amenities. 600 metres from the beaches and marina. Airport transfer available, ask for rate. To your comfort, it is recommended to book the apartment one more night for early arrivals or late departures.
We stayed at this apartment for 10 days at the beginning of August. Hired a car which we collected from Malaga airport and the transfer time was about an hour. Apartment is modern, with a high end specification, very clean and well equipped. The communication with the agent was brilliant and check in was nice and easy. This is a relatively new development, and the location suited us. 10-15 minute walk from the Port, plenty of restaurants and bars. Underground parking was convenient and secure. Despite the high temperatures we managed to fit in lots of sightseeing, coming back to cool off and relax in the pool. Estepona has a lot to offer, quieter than Marbella/Puerto Banus, which nonetheless are worth a visit. The Old Town in the evening is great for a wander around, grab a drink and meal. Trips to Rhonda and Gibraltar were highlights. Definitely worth considering if you are looking to book.
This is a great new apartment, it’s very spacious and is well equipped to ensure a pleasurable stay. It should be noted it s located at the top of a hill towards the back of the resort which helps burn of the calories from all the great restaurants in the old town.
