Welcome to our freshly renovated home in the heart of Adelaide`s China Town area, within the city centre.

This is a very comfortable and cosy place to stay. Circa 1900 two storey cottage with two bedrooms, main bedroom upstairs with air conditioning and ensuite toilet.

Front lounge room has a 4K flat screen Smart TV, A/C and leather sofa suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, cooking utensils, pots & pans, cutlery and crockery. Very sleek bathroom downstairs.

The downstairs bedroom has a double bed with a pull out trundle single bed, ideal for a child. There is also a 4K flat screen Smart TV.

Upstair main bedroom has plenty of cupboard space, an en-suite toilet and a small rear balcony.

Wifi included. Netflix included.

There is a small courtyard off the kitchen with an entertainment and dining area.

Parking is a rare and expensive commodity in the city. We have a reserved car space in the U-Park multi-storey on Grote Street, it`s about a 5 minute walk. The height limit is 2.1M. This is free for your use.

Check in is by lock box, the code will be provided 24 hours before arrival.

If you need anything I am available.

This area is home to some of the best cafes and restaurants within Gouger Street, China Town and the side streets. In addition we have Adelaide`s famous Central Markets on our doorstep, fresh fruit, produce, cheeses, cakes, coffee and delicatessen.

You can walk to Rundle Mall, or take the tram (one stop and it`s free). Access to Adelaide Oval is again by tram or a 15 minute walk.

This is so central that you can walk everywhere. Alternatively you can get the tram, which is free within the city, but can also take you to Glenelg Beach. Buses are on your door step.

We have a highchair and travel cot at the property.

Please note we require a copy of your drivers licence or passport upon booking.

The guest name and ID must match the credit card used for payment. If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, then we will require your ID in addition to the guests.

    Minutes from Chinatown and public transportation. Very easy to get around town. The apartment was clean and well maintained.

    Within a short walk to the central market and all Adelaide city has to offer either by walking around the city or using the free city tram. Adelaide city is fabulous. Don’t miss walking along the Torrens river and cross over at the University bridge and the cafe at the Art Gallery. It is a little run down in the vicinity of the property but it looks like a lot of development is ongoing in the area. It wasn’t a quiet spot, there was much activity with people and cars despite being in a side street. We would list this property as 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, the trundle is not practical and we do not consider it to be a bed, it would also take up any spare space in the downstairs bedroom. Parking was organised by the property owner at the nearby UPark which was fabulous. We had a lovely stay and appreciated the organisation of John the owner.

    The cottage was very central to the city and had its own car park. The house was clean and well stocked. We thought that additional blankets would be useful to have in the house. We struck a few cold nights, extra blankets would have been useful. Otherwise I recommend the rental to anyone wanting accommodation near the city.

    Wonderful space, fabulous location, would highly recommend if you like to explore a city with your feet and be located to amazing food, the spectacular Adelaide Market this is the place to stay!

    Accomodation was great, however more suited for couples or friends. With that being said, it was still a good place to stay. We stayed for a week and we were not ready to go home. Our accomodation was clean and's was close to the city and public transport - we caught a tram to Rundle mall with baby and was so easy to get around. We also hired a car and free parking was a bonus.
