The property has three bedrooms and a family bathroom, offering comfortable accommodation for four guests and additional space for a baby or a small child. The lounge has comfortable seating for two guests and a flatscreen TV that includes a wide package of international channels including Sky, from the lounge area we have access to the large balcony with an additional dining area for four guests and it has views to the centric and quiet street. The modern master bedroom is equipped with a super king size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and there is a baby bed for the third bedroom. The apartment is fully air conditioned for cooling and heating and it is also equipped with a fiber optic high internet connection for your use. The apartment is located within a quiet complex next to the popular promenade of Estepona, the main beach of Playa de la Rada is only a two minute walk while the old town and the port area are close by. Street parking is only available just outside the building.
