The Space:

The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. This beachfront studio has been remodeled and has Playstation 4 which is also a DVD/Blu-ray player, HD cable box for HD viewing on the 65” LED TV, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, Keurig machine, coffee maker, blender, blackout woven drapery, modern fireplace, and kitchen equipment, cookware, bakeware, and glassware. Most of the lighting in the studio is dimmable to set the mood. Things to Know The full kitchen does not have a dishwasher. The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026. The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Loved the double rain shower and everything except the T.V did not work properly and there were no instructions. Remote only would turn T.V on, couldn't change channels or select anything

We enjoyed our stay at Golden Sands 310. The unit is beautifully designed and well equipped. If we ever visit again just the two of us, we’d strongly consider renting this one again. Only downside as mentioned in a previous review is that the hot water in the shower doesn’t last too long. As a suggestion, it would be nice if the TV wasn’t connected to the resident only WiFi since we couldn’t AirPlay our devices from the guest network and the remote wouldn’t let us change which network the TV was on.

Great mid-town location, beachfront, property is clean and has excellent amenities. The private beach with chaise and umbrellas was perfect for lounging in the sun. Staff always around keeping things clean and organized. This condo is small but nicely decorated. Be warned the unit is directly across from the elevators and on the 3rd floor over the deck & tiki bar, music and loud talk at all hours cannot be escaped. Not a good choice if you seek quiet relaxation. Only 2 standard pillows on King bed so bring extras & the spa like shower is great but the hot water runs out very quickly! A bar or hooks to hang clothes would be a great addition. Overall it was a nice place.
