Stayed Feb 12, 2026The apartment was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay! Very nicely decorated, plenty of towels and towels etc. The most beautiful view at night from the loft. The fireplace in the master was well utilized this trip. I would highly recommend your home to anyone!

Stayed Nov 15, 2025It’s a great place to stay! We were there to visit family, but it’s a great part of Seattle if you’re there for fun as well. Plenty nearby for restaurants, convenience stores and groceries. Parking is very nice to have. Would totally recommend in every way.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025A group of fellow photographers were in the area for a business mastermind in the neighborhood and this was a perfect location for us. The apartment was clean and so perfect for our group of 4 adults. We could walk to downtown Ballard, Rays, and had so much fun exploring the area. Will definitely be back!

Stayed Apr 17, 2024Mario and Monica really treated us well while we stayed in their home. My son is 11, and he loved the loft area. The location is perfect - walkable to everything your heart desires. The laundry and workout room was so convenient. We had an excellent stay, and I highly recommend.
