Modern Apartment with private roof terrace

A fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere within stumbling distance of the Old Town.Everything you could want for a short holiday - really comfortable beds, on demand hot water for the showers, a wonderful roof terrace etc.If we return.to Nerja, we’d definitely use this apartment again

We stayed here for 10 nights and it is perfect. The facilities are excellent everything that need and more. Location is perfect for the balcon and old part of nerja as everything is virtually on your doorstep. The roof terrace is absolutely amazing. The sofa area is so comfy you can proper chill out. Washing machine was great all clothes washed and dried to bring home. There are a number of steps from the main door to the accommodation door and to the roof terrace so if you have mobility problems this may be of an issue. The living accommodation is all on one level and there is a terrace off the main bedroom with seating. All in all we had a fantastic holiday which was made by staying here. We will be back

Stunning apartment, spacious and well laid out. Rooms worked well and great wardrobe and drawer space. Master bedroom bathroom is amazing and small balcony area too. Kitchen well equipped however we ate out so didn’t use facilities. Location is great, easy to find, just up from the old town and oh so quiet on both sides throughout the day and night. Great communication from host and helped by getting an extra set of keys which helped with us all doing things at different times. Terrace area is a great added extra to the apartment but we hardly used it due to being too warm and no cover from the shade. Located literally 10 minute walk from the beach and less than 5 to the top of the old town. Supermarkets a plenty and just a short walk away. Wi-Fi not powerful enough but we used our data so not a problem. I’d rebook this apartment and recommend it to others.

Excellent apartment bang in the centre of Nerva with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would not hesitate to rent again hopefully in near future

A great property, close to all the restaurants and bars but still very quiet. Only a 10 minute walk from Burriana beach too. Fantastic large sun terrace with panoramic views to the mountains and sea. Easy to pick up keys and transfers. I would recommend highly for families and mixed groups.

The apartment is in an excellent location between the Balcón and the beach, however it is very quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment is in perfect condition and has everything you could need. The private terrace is the cherry on top! It’s is large with plenty of furniture to spend all day up there with family and friends. Excellent property, would highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the apartment.It was very comfortable, spacious and very well equipped especially the kitchen with the washing machine, dishwasher etc.Its location was perfect for us within easy walking distance to the beaches, old town and supermarkets. The outside space was first class but we would comment that the sun-shading on the roof terrace was incomplete.

This appartment was in the ideal location in Nerja just around the corner from the old town and only a short walk the other way to beaches. It was also the best appartment we have stayed, the decor was immaculate throughout, the kitchen had everything you would want and the terrace upstairs was fantastic. I would fully recommend this place for a top class relaxing stay in Nerja.

We had a fabulous stay in this apartment in fact the best one we’ve stayed in during the 6 years of coming to Nerja, where we use different accommodation each year within walking distance of the town centre. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped to a high standard and very clean. We would not hesitate to book again!!
