This compact two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Estepona port and offers amazing views from the open balcony. Nearby you have all the facilities you could need for your holiday in Estepona. There are two supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bus stops, taxi ranks and of course, the two blue-flag beaches. The apartment has two bedrooms: a small double room, which offers a king size bed and hanging space (do note that this room has very little space around the bed itself) and a secondbedroom offering two bunk beds with wardrobes.This combination makes it ideal for a family. In the bathroom you have a walk-in shower, a hand basin and WC. The air-conditioned open plan living area, with kitchen lounge and dining has access out on to the balcony with its wonderful views over the harbour of Estepona to the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment offers international television channels and high-speed internet access. Two swimming pools are available in the community only available during peak season (please enquire). Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free.
