This beautiful modern and bright apartment has 2 terraces. One terrace is connected to the living room and has garden furniture. The biggest terrace, on the roof, offers you a loungeset, covered pergola and 2 sun beds. This terrace is private. Both terraces have stunning sea and mountain views!

The apartment has a cosy living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a fiber optic internet and airconditioning in all rooms.

There isa big communal seasonal swimming pool open from approx. mid June until mid October from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM. It has a sunbathing area and some sunbeds are available. For our little guests a children´s pool is available. Free parking in the street.

The beach and the lively center of Nerja are only 1500 meters away. A bus stop is 200 meters from the apartment. Moreover, Nerja is an excellent base for various trips in the area.

    Flat had everything you would want in it . Pool was lovely and very quiet although the sunbeds could be doing with replacing as most were damaged. Lovely roof terrace with views . The only negative I would say was you couldn’t control the air con , it was either on in all the rooms or off . Having said that it was a lovely stay

    The town of Nerja is surrounded by interesting POIs. Monique provided an amazing PDF with lots of things to visit and helped whenever needed.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment itself is very modern, clean and furnished to a high standard. There's plenty of outside seating which gets both sun and shade throughout the day and the roof terrace is a real bonus! The pool and poolside are also great and the shaded parking area is very helpful to have. Monique was so welcoming and friendly, giving good pointers for what to see and do nearby. The drink on arrival was a really nice touch! The apartment is ideally situated for exploring Nerja - it's near a great market and about a 15 minute walk to Burriana beach and around 20 minutes to Nerja town. The walk back is uphill however so can be a bit of a struggle! Our only negative comments are that the surrounding area could be cleaner as there was quite a lot of dog foul around. Compared with our previous experiences of holiday rentals, the apartment might also have been a little better stocked in terms of the very basics such as bin bags, cling film, salt, pepper etc. We totally appreciate that the apartment is self catering but buying these things can work out expensive and you only end up using a fraction on what you buy. Offering option of a welcome pack would be useful in this regard. Overall though we had wonderful stay - thanks very much Monique!
