Additional Rules
We share with you the rules of our accommodations: 1. The lobby, reception, or other common areas of buildings and/or condominiums may not be used as waiting areas before check-in and/or after check-out. 2. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the property. 3. Only registered guests may stay overnight in the property. 4. Visitors are only allowed between 09:00 AM and 11:00 PM. 5. To allow the entry of guests and visitors, full names and identification numbers must be provided in advance. 6. Upon arrival at a building or condominium for the first time, guests must present an identification document at reception to gain entry. 7. Minors may only enter if accompanied by their parents and must always be under adult supervision. 8. If a crib (pack and play) is needed during the stay, it must be requested in advance. 9. Parties or social gatherings are not allowed. 10. Excessive noise or loud disturbances are not permitted between 11:00 PM and 09:00 AM. 11. Smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, and/or any type of drug is prohibited. This includes outdoor areas such as windows, balconies, terraces, patios, and/or rooftops. 12. The consumption of narcotics, psychotropic substances, psychedelics, and/or any type of drug is not allowed. Only moderate and responsible alcohol consumption is permitted for adults of legal drinking age. 13. Taking photos and/or videos inside the property, building, and/or condominium for advertising, commercial, and/or academic purposes is not allowed without prior agreement and authorization, as this has a differentiated price depending on the property selected and the number of people involved. 14. Hanging clothes, sheets, and/or towels on windows, balconies, terraces, and/or patios is not allowed. 15. Throwing paper, insoluble materials, and/or any solid objects into sinks, washbasins, and/or toilets is prohibited. 16. Sticking and/or hanging posters, balloons, and/or any decorative items inside the property, building, and/or condominium is not permitted. 17. Delivery drivers are not allowed to enter the property, building, and/or condominium. Delivery orders must be received in public areas outside the premises. 18. Using elevators and/or walking through hallways or common areas of buildings and/or condominiums with wet shoes and/or wet feet is not allowed. 19. Disclosing and/or publishing information that compromises the security and integrity of the property, building, and/or condominium is strictly prohibited. 20. Being completely naked inside the property while the curtains or blinds of the windows are open is not allowed. Stepping out onto balconies, terraces, patios, and/or rooftops while completely naked is also prohibited. 21. Any additional costs incurred due to intensive washing, deep cleaning, transportation, repairs, and/or replacements resulting from loss or damage to the property, building, and/or condominium must be covered by the guest responsible for the reservation. 22. Any financial loss due to cancellations, discounts, refunds, and/or modifications of a reservation that cannot start at the scheduled check-in date and time due to a previous reservation's failure to check out on time must be covered by the guest responsible for the previous reservation. 23. Any fines or monetary penalties imposed by the building, condominium, or municipal administration on Geko and/or the property owner due to non-compliance with the rules of the building, condominium, and/or district must be covered by the guest responsible for the reservation. 24. If any belongings are found after check-out, they will be kept in our office for a maximum of 30 days for retrieval. After 30 days, they will be donated or discarded. We do not offer shipping services for forgotten items within or outside the country. Perishable food and/or beverages will not be stored and will be immediately donated or discarded.
