Stayed Sep 23, 2025The property was delightful, with a very stylish mid century vibe. It was very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. I felt very comfortable and cosy staying there, and slept well in the luxurious bed. The hosts, Don and Deb, were so helpful and friendly, making me feel very welcome. The apartment has perfectly placed picture windows, with a view over the harbour from the front, and the mountain at the back. There is off street parking in a quiet street set back about 100 metres from the promenade. It's not far to walk to the village, which has some excellent shops and a French café. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to book it again on a future trip to Wellington.

Stayed Mar 3, 2024Sitting on the sheltered deck at the end of the day with a glass of wine . . . strolling along the beach . . . catching the ferry to Wellington. A different world, however so close to the city.

Stayed Jan 20, 2023The apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed and more. The welcome pack of food etc was ace. Hosts were friendly but not overly which suited us, sometimes you can get a host who won't leave you alone. We hope to come back.
