Located on a quiet street just 10 minutes walk to Eastbourne village the sunny apartment is situated less than a minute's walk to the beach. It has its own entrance, an off street park, up one level the balcony and the living space has lovely harbour views.
The apartment is open plan with a comfortable couch, dining table, built in desk, pantry and laundry area.
The smart TV provides you with complementary Netflix and a selection of main Free to Air channels.
The apartment is wired for ethernet and Wifi and is connected to high speed fibre internet.
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with new modern appliances, including fridge freezer, dish washer, ceramic hob and under bench oven.

    The property was delightful, with a very stylish mid century vibe. It was very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. I felt very comfortable and cosy staying there, and slept well in the luxurious bed. The hosts, Don and Deb, were so helpful and friendly, making me feel very welcome. The apartment has perfectly placed picture windows, with a view over the harbour from the front, and the mountain at the back. There is off street parking in a quiet street set back about 100 metres from the promenade. It's not far to walk to the village, which has some excellent shops and a French café. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to book it again on a future trip to Wellington.

    Sitting on the sheltered deck at the end of the day with a glass of wine . . . strolling along the beach . . . catching the ferry to Wellington. A different world, however so close to the city.

    The apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed and more. The welcome pack of food etc was ace. Hosts were friendly but not overly which suited us, sometimes you can get a host who won't leave you alone. We hope to come back.
