Stayed Jul 29, 2025Check-in was very easy with codes available via message from the host. The kitchen is huge and well-equipped and even though the AC was all room AC, it did a great job of keeping things cool. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Midtown Memphis!

Stayed Mar 1, 2025The host was very responsive but there was a problem with the electricity in her unit that was out of her control. We did not have heat, air, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tv. We only had light in main bedroom and bathroom. Our sleep was disrupted by a weird loud clicking noise coming from the outlets the first night. The 2nd night disrupted by the utility company trying to fix, they did not. Sometimes the lights in unit would flash on and off for several minutes. I was very concerned about an electric fire.

Stayed May 10, 2024We stayed in this VRBO for 10 days assisting my daughter with her move in Memphis. The accommodations were spot on & had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and feel comfortable. The place was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked with everything you could possibley need. I liked that the apartment was on the second floor & there were 2 separate locks to gain access to the apartment. Sadly, I was crazy busy and did not have time to enjoy Memphis & the surrounding area. The Kroger around the corner (super close) was very nice & Overton Park (very close) seemed lovely so the location is great! Easy access to almost everything you could want to do. Only thing I did notice, and this is just my personal preference, I enjoy a soft bed, this bed was on the firm side. I did sleep well & the AC units worked just fine keeping the place cool. Thank you for allowing me to stay!
