Grand Lake is a beautiful mountain town that offers a wide range of outdoor recreational activities and a charming, small-town atmosphere. The town is situated on the shores of Grand Lake, the largest natural body of water in Colorado. The lake is popular for boating, fishing, and other water sports. It is also known for its many hiking trails, which offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. In the winter, Grand Lake is a popular destination for skiing, snowshoeing, and other winter sports. The town is located near several ski resorts, including Granby Ranch and Winter Park Resort.

Your personal door code will be shared prior to your check in date.

If you are planning to bring a boat, RV or trailer please let us know in advance. We do have extra parking available for boats, RV's and trailers if needed. We need to make sure we have room if multiple people to park things if needed.

This cozy little cabin has two bedrooms and 1 full bath that are stocked with extra linens and toiletries.
The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils and a coffee station.
The living room has a pullout couch that can be used to sleep a 5th guest.
You will have your own gas grill on the patio and your own washer/dryer in the cabin.
There is high speed wifi on the property and a community fire pit and picnic area.
There are dog bowls for your pet and a playpen for your little one.

You can drive to the cabins year round via I-70 and during the summer via Trail Ridge Road from Estes Park.

Part of the benefits of being in the mountains is the wildlife in the area including elk, deer, moose, fox, chipmunks, & black bears. We do have these on our property, if you do see them please keep a distance from the animals, NEVER EVER feed the animals, and DO NOT leave food outside or in the surrounding area.

All smoking must be done in the parking area. Please make sure to fully extinguish any open flame.

We do ask that all guests pick up after their pets and treat our place like yours. As long as we do not have any issues with pets destroying our property we will not charge a fee for your 4 legged family members.

Cabin was very clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer were a big plus. Cabin is a bit close to the road but traffic was minimal. The property itself was great. Unfortunately people in the cabin next to us had three large dogs who were out of control running around off leash and jumped all over our car when we returned from a hike. They let their dogs out off leash and we had to be wary of when we brought our 2 pups out. We appreciate pet friendly properties and realize this situation was not property owners issue but rather the inconsiderate & incompetent pet owners in another cabin.

Great cabin in between Grand Lake and Granby. There were a handful of dead bugs scattered across the cabin, but aside from that everything was great!

We enjoyed a stay so close to Rocky Mountain National Park! It was nice to make our own meals and skip wasting any time, as the park was worth every moment we could be in exploring! Quiet, peaceful location. Enjoyed use of the grill. Appreciated the fly screens and a keypad so we didn't have to worry about loose keys.
