Stayed Jul 30, 2025Overall the property was very nice and clean. The building well maintained and clean. The neighborhood is amazing.

Stayed May 26, 2025I did not expect the noise. It is right next to a soccer field and they play from early morning until 11 pm at night so you can hear the whistles and yells. So that bothered me. Plus the master bed is right next to the elevator wall so I heard the elevator going up and down all day long. Otherwise it is just a basic apartment so overpriced for Sabaneta. Owner was nice but did not offer any money for my troubles.
