Modern and cosy 2 BD 2 BTH with AC in St. Germain, insurance included

I hesitate to say how great this experience was because I hope to stay there again next year and would hate to see it booked up! That said, the apartment is exactly as described. There is a set of stairs but our host helped us with our luggage both coming and going. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and had very comfortable beds ..

The management company is great! We were met at the apt, shown how to work everything, there were thorough instructions for all of the electronics, the kitchen was equipped well enough to prepare a feast and they responded immediately via WhatsApp with any questions. We will be going back, thank you!

Location was excellent, check in process was easy. Communication was excellent before the stay, they answered all of our questions promptly. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Would stay there again!

There were two couples staying here and we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t have been better.

This was our first trip to Paris and we could not have been happier with the accommodation. Mylene, Damien, and Nicholas were in touch from the start, and made the booking through check-out process very smooth. The accommodation was wonderfully convenient for us in St. Germain, within short walks to the subway, 15 minutes or so to the Louvre, Notre Dame cathedral, and other museums, and a multitide of wonderful sidewalk cafes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (and gelato!). Given the Paris heat while we were there, we greatly appreciated the air conditioning, and the comfortable beds and pillows that helped us recharge for the next day. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and provosioned with clean towels and tolietries. Knowing the accommodation had a washer/dryer, it helped us pack much lighter than we might have otherwise. We really found a wonderful place to call home for the six nights we stayed and would have to look hard to find a better accommodatiln for our needs. Thanks, Mylene, Damien, and Nicholas!

so central, cute, well appointed! only prob was the crowd noise at night due to pubs below.otherwise it was excellent!!

Amazing location, walkable to all tourist destinations. Great neighborhood, safe, so many food options. Grocery store is a two minute walk. The apartment itself is very well appointed, spacious, every amenity you ever want is included. Definitely would stay again on my next Paris trip.

what a beautiful and comfy apartment in Paris. GREAT location. A minor glitch with the hot water heater, but was repaired immediately. We never missed a drop of hot water. Management company was superb. Very professional

This is now our go-to place to stay in Paris. We are frequent visitors of the beautiful city and have stayed in many of the different areas. This, being the famous 6th, was everything we hoped. And the unit was perfectly located to enjoy all there was to offer. A very spacious and well appointed and decorated unit will satisfy the most discerning travelers. You will not be disappointed.

Great location!! Lots of great restaurants in the area, great shopping. The apartment is adorable... very Parisian. A couple of little things that could be improved.. we only were given 1 bath and 1 hand towel each for the week. They do have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is not vented and took way way way too long to dry anything. Aside from salt and pepper, and a small packet of coffee, there is nothing provided for amentities - but the EPIC market is just a couple blocks away. Nights are loud. It was cooler when we went so no need to open the windows, but the night life is active. Could bother some, but I thought of it as an exciting addition to see the nightlife. It was the beginning of college and fashion week, so that might have contributed to the noise, but I suspect it's like that always. Would stay there again if I get to go back to Paris.
