Beautiful modern 2-room flat of 50 m² located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, in town and just two steps from the centre. Perfectly suited for a solo stay, as a couple or with a child, this accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people. >

Independent fully equipped kitchen: induction hobs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Senseo), crockery and kitchen utensils, dining table.

Located in an iconic neighbourhood of Angers, in the city, just a few minutes from the centre, this accommodation benefits from an ideal location, close to shops, restaurants and public transport.



No private parking (free parking 50 metres from the accommodation, Garnier Street).

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or guarantee deposit).
