Modern 3BR/ Close to Encore & Boston- Everett #3

The property was great! However, the communication on parking was not so much. First, we didn't know where to park, no instructions were given. Then on the morning of our flight, our rental car was towed! After walking over a mile and $250 later in towing and fines, we were able to get our rental car back and barely made it to the airport. Made for a horrible morning and experience!

I was very pleased with the communication between me and the property manager. The space was cozy and accessible to other locations. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re planning on staying close to Boston. The drive was maybe 15 minutes to Boston.

Our family came from out of town and absolutely loved the space. The experience easy and enjoyable.

We found mice in the rental on the second night of our stay. Droppings in the kitchen and living area.

This was a great location, felt safe and parking was very easy. I will say we were missing some things, the soap dispenser was broken in the bathroom with not nozzle for the soap to come out, and there was no hand towel in the bathroom.

We had such a great stay! The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. The place was really clean, super cozy, and surprisingly quiet even though it’s above a restaurant and another unit. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Just a heads-up — the stairs are pretty steep, so it can be a little tricky with luggage. Other than that, everything was fabulous!

This was a beautiful, clean place. Property manager was great! Responds very quickly. Great location for visiting Salem & Boston. Plenty of room for a group of 6. Our only complaints were that we were unaware that it was located on the 3rd floor, with 2-90 degree turns to make it up the narrow stairs. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with small children, elderly or if you have knee problems. The stairs were tricky to navigate with suitcases. Also, there was no designated parking space AND You must know how to parallel park.

Overall very comfortable and clean stay. Street Parking was easy for me for our weekend trip. The beds were super comfy and plenty of space for a family of 5. Rules were simple and check in/out was a breeze. Balcony was cute and had a sunset view with direct access to the restuarant downstairs. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

First, great host. Second, the place is amazing, quiet and private. If you like indian cuisine, you must try the restaurant under the appartement, it’s excellent and cheap!!!

The apartment itself is nice and felt comfortable. However, the hosts unapologetically lie about parking availability in the listing:- the parking spots they have available is actually the outdoor dining patio of the downstairs restaurant, and is only available when the restaurant is closed (10:30pm-11am) - so no, you do not have the ability to park your car whenever you need.- it is supposedly 2 spots - one for each apartment they rent. However, to fit both bars they must be on the sidewalk a bit - which the hosts direct you to do. We were ticketed for being on the sidewalk.- we ended up needing to use vacation time to go to City Hall to get visitor parking passes for street parking because you cannot park on any streets in Everett overnight without a pass (careful - even if it doesn't say that on the signs! we got towed!)The hosts are unwilling to take any acountability for the parking misrepresentation.Also, it may be helpful to know that the apartment is a 2-flight walkup - they should say that in the listing.

Location on Main St so noisy with buses, cars and emergency vehicles. Amenities include dryer but they have attached Velcro to close dryer which does not work so to dry the clothes you must lean against dryer door to keep it closed until you are done, in my case 45 minutes. They say parking available, but should say “street parking available, with restricted weekday hours”. Took our shoes off when we arrived, but socks got so dirty on floors we put shoes back on. We left 2 days early, would not recommend this apartment, save your money.

Location was great! Parking was fairly easy. Please was clean and the pics were accurate. Would recommend!

We had a great time and enjoyed the stay! The restaurant below was conveniently located for a late dinner prior to turning in for the night.

The first few days were OK as we ordered take out, however as soon as we brough groceries in the unit - the MICE appeared - chewed thru all of our breads/bagels and got into cereal boxes.They even climbed on the counters while we were cooking dinner.....they were also on the couch. We cut our visit short by 5 days and found somewhere else to stay. Even though the Host said this was the first time she's heard of this - there were rodent traps outside we noticed upon departure.

Would stay here again! Short 15 min drive to Boston (mostly because of traffic). Up to date appliances, super clean

We enjoyed our stay in Everett. The appartment is nice, clean and welcoming. Anisha was easy to get a hold of and was helpful with parking and everything else. I recommences.

Very nice property. Check in was easy and all of my questions were answered quickly.
