-Living room couch doesn’t pull out however can sleep an extra person to accommodate additional guests. No additional set up is required.

Long term stay: Per building requirements- For long-term stays, we may conduct background checks as part of our policy to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone. This is a standard procedure for extended stays.

Laundry: Feel free to use the washer & dryer if
needed. Laundry pods can be found above the washer.

Entertainment: The TV is a Samsung Smart TV with access to popular streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Prime, etc.
There are also board and card games found
in the left cabinet under the TV.

Pool: The pool is available for all guests. Please follow all safety guidelines posted surrounding the pool area. The hours for the pool are from sun up to sun down. There isn’t an active life guard on premises. All Swimmers swim at their own risk. Owner is not responsible for accidents or injuries. No glass, pets, or alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area. Use paper or plastic containers only. Proper swimming attire is required at all times and a swimsuit “cover up” should be worn to and from the pool. No running or rough activities are allowed in the pool area.
