Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund and a fee of $500.00 will also be applied.

They accept responsibility for their own safety and the safety of anyone they invite onto the premises
They will exercise reasonable care while using the property, including all appliances, amenities, and common areas

Guests further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

The guest’s use of the property
The actions or negligence of the guest or their invitees
Any violation of house rules

Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive or limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any duty that cannot be waived under Florida law.
