Modern 2bd 2ba - Near I75, No Steps, Free Wifi

Soon as you walked into the townhouse you knew it was clean and updated. It has a nice open floor plan. It has large TV sets and free Wifi. The kitchen is functional and large. There is laundry and coffee available. If you split the price with another person, it is less than what you would pay at a hotel.

Really comfortable, clean place to stay, and the location is very convenient. I really like the secure entry system used, and the host is extremely responsive. Great VRBO experience.

Very clean accommodations. I like the fact that the garage was accessible and we were able to park our rental car in there at night.

There was confusion on the door code process. The owner was quick to reply with the code to get in. Few wear and tear items noted upon checkin. Owner appreciated the heads up. Nice to have a living area and kitchen to relax in. Overall great place. We would stay again.

We appreciated having access to the garage, but beware — our Jeep Gladiator (a “baby truck”) barely fit. A full-size truck definitely wouldn't make it. The A/C worked great, which was much appreciated during the sticky weather, & the bonus was a quiet ceiling fan that kept things comfortable.The furnishings weren’t really our style — somewhere between Walmart & IKEA — functional but not especially cozy. The living room could really use slim end tables with reading lamps; sitting under a bright overhead light isn’t ideal for winding down with a book at night.Neither bathroom offers much counter space for makeup or toiletries. A small vanity with a lighted mirror in the primary bedroom would be a great addition for future guests.That said, the property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, & overall the stay was pleasant. We would stay here again.

Very nice duplex. It was a nice neighborhood. Perfect for a family of 5. Close to EKU.

Our 5 day stay was excellent! Location for our activities was very convenient.One recommendation: the addition of a pole lamp by the sofa would be more relaxing at night in place of the bright overhead lighting. Guests who like to read could do so with the overhead lights off.

It was perfect for my children and I. The place was clean. Very close to the pool. And a very short convenient walk to the beach. Location was perfect!

Definitely recommend staying here. Not too far from 75, and tons of places in Richmond and nearby for shopping/restaurants. Place was very clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Quiet neighborhood, just a cozy place to stay.

Owner was great. Gave us great recommendations for restaurants and area attractions. Unit was clean and laid out nicely. Kitchen needs a lot more utensils, pots and pans, dishes, etc.

This home was perfect for two couples enjoying a few days together. Home is exceptionally clean and is very comfortable. Location was very convenient to the interstate and nearby interests. Owner was quick to respond regarding any questions.

The property was clean, and worked for our weekend golf get away. You're close to the highway for easy access to several areas surrounding Richmond.

Very clean. A nice stay for my older parents who can’t do stairs anymore. More family arrived later in the week for my Wedding on Saturday. The location was quiet and super close with easy access to the bypass. Only a few suggestions, a lamp in the living room would be nice, trash bags as we were there 7 nights. There were not enough wash cloths and hand towels. Kitchen had only one dish towel. Some chefs knives (maybe kept in the upper cabinets) would be a v good addition.

The place was very nice and in a great location to where i needed to be. Everything was clean.

This was a great place to call home for the week. Size and layout was nice, large kitchen and plenty of countertop for meal prep. Neighborhood is nice for morning walk and for visiting our family. We'll plan to stay again.

We stayed here after a festival and the location is in such a safe place and the home is so cozy, clean, and comfortable!! It was a breeze getting and had no problems whatsoever! Definitely recommend!!
