Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.

Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

    Visited Montgomery for a weekend at Montgomery Whitewater Park. This cute place was the perfect location and for being a 1 bed, 1 bath had plenty of space for 2 adults and our 2 fur girls! Joshua was great with communication; check-in and check-out could not have been easier. Property matched the pictures. Parking is in the rear, so you do have to walk around to the front to access unit. It fronts the road, but we barely noticed the road traffic; it was the weekend. This unit is cooled with two window AC units. We found they worked best when both were set below 70, which meant they ran a lot during a hot weekend in September and had a fair amount of white noise. We reached out to Joshua and he stated he will be looking into it. Liked that we could log into our own streaming accounts using the RokuTV set up, and snack bars and oatmeal packs were a thoughtful touch. We appreciated the coffee & food recommendations provided in the email before check-in, we ate at Bibb St. Pizza twice. We would stay here again despite the AC issues because of the location, price and size of the unit.
