This bright and welcoming beachfront apartment in Benalmádena will always make you want to return to enjoy your family holidays here.

This spacious duplex penthouse, on the second line of beach, has three bedrooms. Upon entering the apartment, you can find a bathroom, the first bedroom and the living room with access to the terrace with sea views and Puerto Marina. Going up the stairs we find the other bathroom and the two bedrooms with small balconies.

This apartment enjoys an excellent location, as it is just a few steps from Puerto Marina, full of bars, restaurants and shops.

Puerto Marina Benalmádena is located in the heart of the Costa del Sol. It is one of the most beautiful and emblematic ports on the Andalusian coast. It was inaugurated in 1979 with a very original and modern design that soon gained worldwide recognition and the nickname Andalusian Venice.

What to do in Puerto Marina Benalmádena

This port has received the award for Best Port in the World on two occasions. It receives an average of 7 million visitors per year, concentrating a large part of Benalmádena's leisure and water sports offerings. Which is hardly surprising, as it has a very wide range of activities and entertainment. There are very diverse establishments such as fashion shops, cafés, sailing schools, diving shops, restaurants, luxury residences and even the Sealife Aquarium. It also offers a large number of shops and shopping centres that make it an ideal place for strolling and shopping.



Visit Sealife Benalmádena

If you're travelling with your family, you can't miss the Sealife Aquarium located in Benalmádena port itself and immerse yourself in this underwater world full of sharks and exotic fish. The aquarium has over 500,000 litres of water and 2,000 marine species that will delight both adults and children. An interesting visit to make with the family.

Opening hours are from 10:00 to 18:00. The entrance fee for adults is €15.50 (€12.50 advance online purchase). And €12.50 for children aged 3 to 9 years.



What to do at night in Puerto Marina Benalmádena:

When night falls is when Puerto Marina shines with its own light, its terraces fill with people and the Promenade is a constant flow of tourists looking for the best restaurant or the best place for a drink. The lighting of the harbour with all those luxury boats and its exclusive apartments, restaurants, bars and venues make this port a place with great charm and a fabulous atmosphere. If you like nightclubs and shows, Benalmádena is a very good option. Here you will find great DJs on the main dance floors such as Maracas, Mana, Kaleido or Skorpio. Undoubtedly, a place where the word boredom does not exist.

Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:



Excessive general dirt on the property.



A considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.



Accumulation of rubbish within the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.



Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).

External Works and Third Parties: We cannot be held responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and external areas) or noise or disturbances caused by construction works, renovations or maintenance carried out outside the property by third parties (adjacent plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities outside our control, we have no authority over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
