Beautiful location and house, day bed is amazing! Was exactly what we needed.

House was spacious and v clean. The noise does travel down from the house above using water and that can wake you up and it is a little dark, but otherwise a nice place to stay and walking distance to the beach, cafe and pub.

Accommodation was a good size with a huge main bedroom. The shower worked well and the kitchen was enough for cooking simple meals. The main bed and lounge were a bit soft for us but overall the accommodation was very nice and in a quiet peaceful location.

We recently stayed at this beachside villa for my birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—from cutlery to other essentials. It truly exceeded our expectations. The host went above and beyond, even accommodating our request to set up a cot for our infant in a spare room, which was much appreciated. The villa felt like a home away from home, making our getaway stress-free and memorable. Highly recommend this retreat for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-catered escape!

This is not a two bedroom rental. The second bedroom is an additional fee, which doesn’t make sense. This is not a stand-alone villa, it’s a basement apartment. Very dark with only views of the fence. The apartment is trying very hard to be luxurious but the toilet seat is too small, the shelves are coming off the wall, and worst of all you only get WiFi in the master bedroom. They provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, and some basic cooking supplies. Make sure you bring your own coffee. Instructions were unclear as to whether or not they would provide coffee and which pods to bring if they didn’t. It wasn’t all bad though. The location was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was nice. If the marketing had more accurately reflected the rental then we would have given it a better rating.

Perfect location, exceptional accommodation for a short getaway.

The location is quiet & a short walk to the beach & the Elephant Cafe. A short stroll a long the beach path on to Surfers Point. The accommodation is beautifully presented inside with all amenities. The only downside would be when guests stay in the upstairs house, noise from the house shower or toilet is very evident in the bedroom underneath. Despite this drawback it is a lovely place to stay & we thoroughly enjoyed a 5 night stay in Mimosa Villa Mini.

3 adults stayed. The accommodation was amazing beautiful rooms even nicer than the pics. Nice and quiet and close to beach and an easy drive to Margaret river. Would definitely stay again
