Stayed Oct 22, 2025The apartment was clean and cozy with great security features and host communication. The area was within an easy walk of the sites we wanted to see, many cafes, restaurants and a smaller market. It is on a busy street but it helped that the bedroom was at the back. The wifi was sporadic and slow but otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We stayed a week in Florence. It was great. I work for a company based in Florence so I took the train to work while my wife and her best friend toured the city. The location is very close to most of the noteworthy sites, close to good restaurants, and very close to the main train station (S.M. Novella). The apartment itself is very small but still comfortable. There is one bedroom that is pretty small and a larger living room with a sleeper sofa. This is a perfect place for a couple. We had three adults and it was a bit cramped. The bathroom is large and the shower is big too. There is an AC unit in each room which cooled the rooms effectively and gave us a cool spot to rest when Florence got really hot. Overall it worked for us but If I were to stay again, I would only stay there with my wife or alone. The owners / property managers Ms. Mamta was lovely and very responsive. I would recommend this place to any couples going to Florence.

Stayed Aug 28, 2024This place was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. The location is superb, so close to sights, train station, bus stops and supermarkets but also really quiet. The actual accommodation was immaculate and suited us perfect. Would recommend 100%.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024Good location only 2 blocks from the train station & 10-15 minute walk from all major sites, well equipped kitchen for those with food sensitivities that have to cook more. Moka pot for coffee was a bonus. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while we explored Florence. The condo was great. It’s very very close to the train station and all the things we wanted to see were very close by. It was extremely hot during our visit and the air conditioning worked great. Would highly recommend this place!

Stayed Sep 30, 2023Five minute walk to train station, 15-20 minutes to most sites (Accademia, Uffizi, Bargello, Duomo). Comfortable, restful apt. after lots of walking. Many good restaurants nearby.
