This property is well maintained. The unit we stayed was spotless, smelled fresh and was very tidy. Lots of games, dvds, and a smart tv. Perfect location!! Minutes away from Meredith or Laconia. I cant wait to stay here again.

The view was amazing from this condo and the condo unit was extremely clean. Decorated very nicely and the condo had great amenities. Very close to downtown weirs beach and Funspot which is a huge arcade with classic games, new games, bowling, mini golf, pinball. Sherri was an amazing host and quick to respond on the couple questions we had!! 10/10 would recommend and will be staying with her again in the future.

The check-in process was very smooth. Communication with the host was great, very responsive. This space has a high ceiling and an amazing view of the lake and mountains. The space is very cozy and comfortable, especially for two adults and two children. The first thing we look for is cleanliness and we were not disappointed. The property in its entirety was clean and quiet. The playroom is a huge plus and the huge communal room in the lobby was very spacious with amenities and we definitely used the ping pong table. Many attractions within a 10-15 minute radius. There is so much to do in this area. The check-out process was smooth as well. We will definitely come back.

It was a peaceful get away, we really enjoyed it

Our group stayed in this condo in Oct for NH Pumpkin Festival in nearby Laconia, and could not have been happier with the accommodations! The condo is a spacious studio with wonderful views of Lake Winnipesaukee. The furnishings are updated and attractive. The size is perfect for 2. Nice extras like beach towels (which in Oct we did not need!) and binoculars were provided, as well as essentials like body wash and shampoo. The condo complex was nice and well located a short walk from Weirs Beach. Highly recommended!

Fabulous views

We used to live in the Evergreens just a few miles away from your place so we are familiar with the area even though now we live about 500 mies southwest in PA now. Wow the area has changed! Your condo was in a good location and had all the comforts of home. Normally being at the end of a hallway is a good thing, but because I have difficulty walking now it posed challenges without my wheelchair (I was able to use and get my wheelchair inside using the side entrance) Pool was closed because of the time of year and it was cold at night already, etc. Overall a great trip. PS- If you have time check out the World War II Museum in Wolfeboro! Excellent rotating exhibits and knowledgeable volunteers make every trip a different experience. Its great.

Sherri was wonderful to work with; and she provided excellent communication. She supplied all the comforts of home and high quality linens and towels. Everything was well kept up and clean. We completely enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this rental in the future!
