✓ 1 full bathroom with shower next to the kitchen and living area – adjacent to it there is a room dedicated to the laundry area, with washing machine and sink.

➤ WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: discount automatically applied by the system

➤ MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: discounted rate automatically applied by Airbnb system. We will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights.
The cost of the registration (150 €) has to be paid by guests.

➤ Upon arrival you will find :

✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dishwasher and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags
> Once the initial supply has been finished, guests will have to provide independently

➤ GUEST REGISTRATION
You will receive a link via VRBO messaging to register each guest staying in the apartment, as required by law. It's important that this registration is completed prior to check-in.

➡️ TOURIST TAX - Required by the city of Milan, to pay cash at the arrival - It corresponds to € 9.50 per person per night - the first 14 nights (MINORS, RESIDENTS AND HOSPITAL PATIENTS EXEMPT)
