The apartment is just as it looks in the pictures. It is nicely decorated and for two couples, having two en-suite bedrooms was ideal. It is within easy walking distance of Central station and the Metro, even when hauling luggage. The only downside is that the street and the building look rough with a lot of graffiti. But the building is well-maintained inside and neighborhoods just off the main street have a lot to offer. The person at reception will have no knowledge of your arrangement to stay in the building unless you speak their language so you will have to wait for the representative of the apartment to let you in. She was prompt in greeting us and there was no problem gaining access at that point. I would recommend this property to future travelers.

We chose this apartment because of the proximity to the Centrale station. You can literally see it from the balcony! The metro also is accessible in just a few minutes walk. The apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious. Wonderful communication with the hosts if anything is needed and we really appreciated the assistance with booking a private transfer from the airport. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The property was just as described and very clean! Nico was wonderful to work with in advance of our stay and during it. The private driver from the airport was a wonderful option after an overseas flight to Milan. I would stay at Nico's place again if I return to Milan!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in September. The apartment is lovely. We had a problem with there being no hot water however. It was corrected the day we left.. The apartment is located on a very busy four lane traffic road. Pretty loud. Also while it is located a couple of blocks from the train station is is quite a ways from the main attractions of Milan. However there are two metro stations a couple of blocks away so easy to get places. I would suggest they get at least one English speaking channel (BBC/CNN Int'l) and perhaps invest in more than the one very small TV in the bedroom (only one in the house).

Good location close to Milano Centrale. Downside of this is that the front bedroom on the main road is noisy (other bedroom is quiet). Very well equipped (incl air conditioning).

We just spent a week here. This spacious apartment, in an elevator building with a doorman, was very comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are spacious and one had a heated towel rack. The apartment was equidistant from two metro stops, and taxi stands were nearby. There were two grocery stores within walking distance and several very nice cafes and restaurants nearby. I highly reccomend this apartment.

My family and I stayed at the Precious Home, a vacation rental on Via Vittor Pisani during our visit to MIlan last month. The apartment was in great condition, nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable. After each long day of walking, sight seeing the city, visiting museums and shopping, it was so nice to return to this fabulous place. We felt like home. We were able to relax and truly enjoyed our vacation. The apartment is very well located and within a short walk to everything. It's only two blocks to Central Train Station, a short walk to La Scala, Piazza del Castello, Piazza del Duomo and Piazza del Vittorio Emanuele, etc. There are fine restaurants within steps away from the apartment. The grocery stores are just a block or two away. Our hosts, Nicola, Virginia and Elena who helped and welcomed us from renting, to checking in and checking out, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They all speak english so we didn't have any problem communicating with them. I would highly recommend this apartment rental to anyone or any family who plans to visit Milan.

This is an excellent apartment. It's very new, has nice furnishing, is very comfortable and relaxing after long hours of walking and sight seeing. It is in a good location, very convenient and close to many places. It is only a few minute- walk to Central Train Station, a short walk to the Cathedral, La Scala and many museums. It is very close to grocery stores. There are some wonderful restaurants, just steps away from the apartment. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. They all speak fluent English and explained everything in details.
