Very nice condo with responsive concierge in a great location. David was very helpful and communicative. I would recommend only coming and going during daylight hours though, as the crowds outside at night can be interesting characters. Neighbors can be noisy if you’re listening or have all the doors in the place open. I enjoyed it here overall and would recommend it to others.

Property at first look was appealing. However, sleeping 5 was a challenge when pullout couch didn’t work and the inflatable bed DEFLATED while sleeping. Leaving 3 of 5 people quite cranky. I do not use app. So no communication until after I was provided host contact by concierge. Prompt help help, thank you , David. Still no information on wifi/how to access Netflix etc. Nor how we should leave the place. It was PERFECT for walking to everything but disappointing as frig still had OTHER people’s food and drink inside. No dish towels to dry dishes nor sufficient coffee filters for our stay. One garbage bag for our stay. We had to buy our own so as to not overfill the container. Might be fine for 2 but never for 5.

I had an excellent stay. The first thing I noticed was the owner, David, truly cared about taking care of me with anything I needed. He responded almost instantly with my text and asked me to let him know if I needed anything. He even went so far as to pick up my favorite beverage and have it sitting there waiting for me!! We shared a common background which made the entire time feel like he catered to me. His place was very clean, with all the amenities needed and very secure. The front door staff were kind and very informative as well. I spoke with Anthony for a while during my stay and he was super kind and upbeat. The parking was a concern at first but it was convenient and just behind the building with 24 hour security and that took all the worry away. The location is awesome, a walk with in a couple of minutes to the aquarium and Coca Cola museum. There is a small Vietnamese pho place 20 feet behind the building. I didn’t go in, but, it was there and for some reason I just thought that was cool. I will definitely be back in the future! Thanks David for a memorable stay, an overall excellent experience.

The person that stayed previously had taken the key to the door. That by itself was a minor inconvenience. The keys were returned the next day. The only issue with the whole process is that the keys were returned inside the room, while I was asleep in the bedroom- unclothed. Nothing prepares you for knowing someone came in the room with you, while your sleeping, that you don’t know, in your most vulnerable state.

This was a great spot to stay over the weeekend. We were within walking distance of the aquarium and were close to the beltline. Easy access to the city. The place was super clean and had sheets for the pull out sofa. The owner was really responsive and helfpup.

The bnb was cute, security was friendly, nice and helpful fortunately, but the place advertised a hot tub and spa bath even, yet had neither. Clearly they dont care about cleanliness as they’re charging to have the sheets change , like thats not a given to do and dishes were found to either be greasy or have dried up food still stuck to them.

There were a few issues with this unit. Kitchen: The refrigerator and freezer were not very cold, even though they were set at the coldest setting. For example, the first night I was there I bought some inc cream and put it in the freezer. The next day it was like pudding. For heating things up in the oven, there was only a single disposable aluminum tray. Bathroom: This wasn't obvious to me from the photos, now I see it. The toilet has a complicated seat, probably a bidet of some sort. So, the toilet seat itself, unless you want to use this thing, is a bit irregular. The tub/shower has old style separate valves for hot and cold. On two of the three mornings it was not possible to adjust the water to a comfortable temperature. A very slight turn either way on the hot water made it too hot or too cold. Bedroom: As is shown in the photos, there is an inside air conditioner unit. You cannot close the window, and the window is not at all sealed around its duct, so on colder nights, there is cold air streaming into the unit. If you are attending a meeting at the Georgia World Congress Center, (not the Atlanta Convention Center) be careful. On the map this unit seems close, but it is actually about a 25 or more minute walk because you need to go all the way around the aquarium to get to the entrance of the GWCC. I was fortunate as this unit is right across the street from the Hyatt Regency, and my meeting had shuttle service from there. The host's voicemail is full.

This place is a good use of an older building. Walking distance to Civil Rights museum. Good sushi nearby. Could be greatly improved with a couple of folding suitcase holders and emptying closets so they can be used by guests. Picking up trash on the roof top would make the outdoor porch more appealing. Price is excellent, but add $35 daily for parking nearby.
