This is an first floor unit but does have stairs up to the building in front. Spacious 1,000 sq ft, well appointed, comfortable, and soothing. Street parking easily available in front or private parking for one vehicle in back.

This Airbnb is owned by Dekalb Properties LLC which is run by Kelly Malone with help from Co-Host Ron Davis. We both live in the Midtown area so if you should need anything we are close by. Every listing has a guide book to what we think are some of the best attractions in the Memphis Area, but should you be looking for anything specific please feel free to ask and we will give you our best response. Our units include digital locks that are changed for every guest for easy check in and also creates limited face to face contact during these pandemic times.

    Pictures as advertised. was only about 10 min away from Stadium and Beal St. Bed comfy, air conditioner great. Renovated duplex/apt. nice for 3 day stay. Kelly was quick to respond with questions. We did not spend a whole lot of time in living area, coach and chair very stained. Bring own spices if you plan to cook.
