Location is excellent with easy walking distance to downtown and South Beach. It was spotless and very comfortable.

We have stayed at this property numerous times. The owner is easy to communicate with. The property is very clean and the location is an easy walk to downtown or South Beach. We rode our bikes to Van Buren State Park right from property via the easy tofollow bike trails.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt in getting back to us and even found someone to come over and give our car a jump when it didn't start the morning we were leaving.Unit 2 was lovely and quaint. It was extremely cleanWe were able to easily walk to town and enjoy the Ice Breaker festival. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at this property several times. Location is fantastic, easy walk to downtown and the beach. Easy access to the bike trails. Michael does a great job communicating check in and check out instructions. Very clean.

Quick, easy check in. Even got to check in a bit early when we arrived in town. Clean, updated property. Few blocks walk to downtown. Excellent location for the price! Definitely recommend and would stay again. Michael was very prompt with his response to any questions we had.

Great location! We loved our stay at this property. The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Each unit has an outdoor dining table and chairs. We enjoyed having morning coffee and people watching on the deck. We will be back!

We arrived to a very clean and quaint place to stay for two nights! There was so much natural light and the deck area was a nice extra space!! The location was perfect - only a block or two from the downtown as well as the marina where you could watch the boats go in and out towards the lake. We could not have asked for anything better!! We really appreciate the attention to details and especially a clean place to stay!
