Our one bedroom apartments feature full kitchen facilities, laundry and separate living and dining areas. Each apartment also provides complimentary NBN broadband Wifi access. On-site reception and manager is available 24/7 to make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable one.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen Bed. Room rate is based on a maximum of 2 guests in the room. Charges apply for a rollaway bed for 3rd guest.

As a guest at Metro Advance Apartments & Hotel, you are welcome to use all of our guest amenities including outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities.

Getting around Darwin is easy from Metro Advance Apartments & Hotel. Situated in the heart of the CBD, the restaurant, waterfront and entertainment precinct's are all within short walking distance. If required, public transport is accessible just 30 metres away on Cavenagh St.

Reception hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 10pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am-9pm. Late arrivals must contact reception prior to arrival to arrange a key safe code and instructions. Manager onsite, available 24hrs a day. Please note, at check-in we will require a security deposit of $200 AUD in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation or a $400 cash deposit. Your funds will be refunded to you upon check-out or in the case of a credit card imprint, it should take approximately 10 business days for the funds to be released (Please note, the 10 business days release period is given as a general reference from most Australian Banks, and the release period may vary depending on your bank policy). Please contact us prior to arrival if you need to make alternate arrangements. Valid photo identification must also be presented at check-in, of which a copy will be retained.
