Stayed May 15, 2025Our group of 10 - 4 parents and 6 young adult children - loved our stay in Paris. This location was excellent as it was in a quiet and clean section just up the street from the US Embassy. The Madeleine Metro Station was just a 3 minute walk around the corner which made it very easy to travel around the city. Bathrooms are small and quirky but that’s to be expected when traveling in Europe. The apartment was very nicely furnished and clean. Loved our time there and would certainly recommend it to others.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025The apartment was great until we had to move after our third night due to bedbugs in one room. The property managers had no other apartments to put us in and told us they would give us a refund so that we could find somewhere to go. This was Easter week and Paris was extremely busy. The managers were no help in finding a new place, transporting the seven of us and our luggage to a new place. or helping with the laundry of all of my daughters things (who had the bedbugs). I also wasted an entire day of our trip waiting for the managers to call back and then come see the bedbugs for themselves. I kept being told someone would call in 30 minutes, only to have to keep calling them back myself when they never called. I was told the manager would be there in 30 minutes. 2 hours and 2 phone calls later, they finally showed up. We were able to find a hotel ourselves and moved ourselves as well. Then we waited over a month for the refund to finally go through. Many emails back and forth asking when the refund would come. At one point we wondered if they were just stalling. We have finally received the full refund today, 38 days after we had to leave the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment, it was great. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for the 7 of us. We all understand that bedbugs can happen to even the cleanest of places, but our entire experience with the property managers after the bugs were found left us all frustrated.

Stayed Oct 26, 2024We recently stayed in this lovely Paris apartment for four nights at the end of a family Europe trip. The apartment worked great for our group of 7 and the pictures are accurate. It's a really lovely apartment in a great location. Check-in was a breeze and we appreciated the small elevator for getting luggage up to the apartment. The decor was very nice; beds comfortable; and everything seemed to work very well. The only real negative was that the back bedroom had a very strong sewage smell. The property managers were quick to respond to this issue with a recommendation to run water, which we did; however, this didn't fully address the issue and so the couple that stayed in that room had to deal with it. Not a deal breaker, but it would be good to figure out a better way to address the issue and make sure the smell isn't there before people check in so they don't have to deal with it. I was also a little stressed about the deposit issue as it seemed excessive; however, they used Swikley and the transaction went smoothly with deposit released very soon after our departure. We also really appreciated the keyless access/entry, as we had a large group with people who wanted to do different things. It was great to not have to worry about who had keys and coordinating departures/arrivals to the apartment. Overall, I would recommend this lovely apartment in a great location in Paris and would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We really liked our lovely apartment and it was close to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and we were very excited to have AC in the summer. The restaurant below was very fun as well. We were very busy during the day on tours etc so we mainly were there to sleep at night. It was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. A few items to note: -The people who lived in the apartment above us made loud walking noises til 1-2am so it kept us awake. City living issues. -Also a neighbor in the building complained when we talked in the stairwell and it wasn't even loud talking but the heavy metal doors slam loudly and it might disturb them so need to be aware to be quiet in the stairwell. -The elevator was tiny and old so we didn't use for people only a few heavy pieces of luggage. - The check in process is stricter than most VRBOs we have stayed in so be ready to pay the large deposit that we hope to receive back later. Also we had to send our passport photos or other ID before we could complete our check in process. Just things that I didn't expect. I did learn that some other places in Paris also expect this.
