Stayed Jul 3, 2023Really great place especially if you have 8. Walkable to Eiffel Tower and many other landmarks. Great local bakery goods and very good neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our stay. The only challenge was the single toilet which presented some creative coordination, however the two showers were nice. If you’re visiting the Paris and want a central location - this is a great choice!

Stayed May 29, 2023We really enjoyed our time at this VRBO. The good: 1) Super location! Not far from the Eiffel Tower or public transportation. 2) Very safe. Essentially you are in Fort Knox. Three doors of security made me feel quite protected. 3) Kitchen area was nice. Big fridge. Microwave. Coffee maker with pods provided. Nice dishes and mugs available. The table that seats eight was great! 4) A washer and dryer are also available. 5) Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The areas that need a little improvement: 1) The ad had an illustration that says Toilet - Shower only. This gave me the impression that there are two rooms with toilets that also have a shower, but not a tub. To clarify, neither room that had a shower included a toilet. There was another room with a toilet and small sink. Only one toilet in the apartment. (I'd suggest that the ad be corrected so there is no confusion.) 2) One of the showers was very, very, very small. 3) The floors & baseboards in the room with the toilet were quite dusty. 4) There was also no soap in the bathroom with the toilet. 5) It was not advertised, but note that there is no AC. It wasn't extra hot when we were there thankfully, but it was still a little toasty later in the day. I'd recommend a fan be made available for each bedroom.
