Meander on Over to our beautifully remodeled first-floor unit, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Located 4 houses from the famous Cherry Grove Beach in North Myrtle, walk right across Ocean Blvd to the public beach access, and relax on the beach.
Each room has been tastefully decorated and well stocked to accommodate you, our guests, from linens and towels to dishes and silverware, our home is ready for your visit. We look forward to your stay and hope you enjoy our home as much as wedo.

The space
During your stay, you will have access to the full ground floor unit in our multi-family home, there is a cabana in the backyard, with a permanent resident, he goes by his nickname Bean, he's Gia's dad, he's available if you need any assistance or have questions about the area.
You'll love the screened in porch off the master bedroom; it's a perfect spot for your morning coffee. We've created an outdoor eating space for evening barbecues which boasts a dry bar, picnic table and outdoor grill. There is a common laundry room available on the ground floor which is accessed at the back of the house. Meander is your home away from home.

Guest access
The first floor unit is your private residence, the outdoor eating area, back porch, and screened porch are for your enjoyment only. The parking is shared with the other guests, as is the laundry room and there is an outdoor shower to wash any sand off

Other things to note
Our little duplex is older, the A/C is window units, the house is very cool and comfortable, but if you or your group like the house to be in the “60's this isn't going to be a suitable property for you. The sun comes up on the back of the house, so it's best to close the blinds to keep those 2 rooms more relaxed. We have made every accommodation to make you and yours very comfortable.

Arrived no problems getting in. Property was clean and everything as described. We enjoyed the location. Easy walk to the beach. Easy walk to Boulineau's Foods for groceries and convenient to many of our favorite restaurants. Convenient to some of the golf courses my husband likes.The house was comfortable and perfect for us. The outdoor dry bar, grilling area & tables were grreat. Made good use of them.Awesome, that we could bring our furbabies with us to enjoy the beach.Looking forward to our next trip there.PS: My husband thinks Bean is cool!!! ea

We were looking for a place to take my elderly parents for a long needed beach trip and this house was a perfect fit and as an added bonus we were able to bring along our two schnauzers for their first trip to the beach it was all we hoped it would be

This place had everything we needed to be comfortable and spend quality time with our family. We had ease of access being on the ground floor (which also stayed cooler in the heat), no issues with parking, and we were within walking distance of the beach. Given all the places we have stayed over the years, I was impressed by their attention to detail and how well equipped it was — sand toys for the kiddo included. You have all the appliances and tools you need to prepare meals, do laundry if needed, etc. Thank you, Gia and family, for being such hospitable hosts!

Our big goofy dog, less goofy 10-year-old daughter, and her not-goofy-at-all grandmother all loved the property. My wife and I took advantage of the little bar outside and the screened porch off the master bedroom and grandma read on the porch off her room. The beach was very close, as were the nearby restaurants and grocery, which we walked to for lunch. We hope to return for another stay soon!

This was a wonderful property for our beach vacation. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. The house is steps away from the beach. The host was wonderful and answered all of my questions quickly. This was a perfect location and I will definitely be back to stay again!

The location can't be beat. The house was clean and everything you'd want in a rental! We cooked every night we were there and the kitchen was small but met all our needs. Oh and Bean was friendly and very helpful!

Cute property; like the easy access to the beach. Tenants next door ( to the right when facing the road) were very loud partying until after 11 pm for two nights. Found one cockroach in the kitchen A few cups and bowls are chipped and need to be replaced. Noises from the steps of upstair tenants could be disturbing at times. Suggest to throw away rusty beach chairs and bikes to make the property look less rundown.
