Stayed Sep 29, 2024Pros: This property is very conveniently located, within walking distance to many attractions. With 2 beds and 2 baths, it is spacious in central London standard. It is generally clean and neat other than some small carpet areas. The communication with the host was great. Easy check in and out. We ran into some issues with the washer and it was fixed in a day. Cons: Being on the ground floor and close to the building entrance, it can be noisy at times. Would be nice if all the radiators work, but they have more than enough space heaters. One of the bathrooms can use some towel hangers and a shower curtain to cover the open half of the shower door. Overall a great place to stay in central London especially for travelers who need some extra space.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024The location couldn’t be better, and the security seems good. However, there are a number of things that need improvement: dirty carpets; dirty and broken furniture; dirty pots and pans; poor quality towels; and lack of a coffee maker. Moreover, there wasn’t a house manual to explain where things can be found and how to use the equipment (e.g., the TV). Two of the radiators didn’t work. Finally, the second bedroom is windowless and therefore confining.

Stayed Apr 3, 2024We were very impressed with this large, lovely 2/2 with comfortable living room, full kitchen and w/d, located on the first floor of a safe and gated, attractive building at the end of Bourdon Street-a quiet, low traffic street just behind New Bond Street in Mayfair. What a treat to be so centrally located - easily walked to Buckingham Palace, SoHo, and other area attractions, and easily caught LondonPass’ Hop on Hop Bus a couple of blocks away. 5 minute walk to a nice pub (Coach and Horses), and to a well-stocked convenience store (called “The Post Office” (on Grosvenor), and 2 minute walk to Cafe L’Express (bakery/coffee place) on Bourdon. Would definitely stay here again!
